MAIL ORDER ONLY

We are not a shop and we are not open to the public. We do, however, attend some needlecraft shows each year.

 

HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT

Most people pay by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Eurocard. We only accept cheques and Postal Orders from within the United Kingdom, made out to 'The Needle Workshop'

 
 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT TAKE E-MAIL ORDERS

We do not have Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security facilities at the present time, therefore we cannot accept e-mail orders

 
 

ORDERING BY MAIL

Please fill in the order form clearly so that we can deal with your order quickly. We try to despatch all orders within two to four days from receipt of the order. Occasionally there may be a short delay if we are waiting for a new print run etc. Please allow 28 days for delivery.

If you are sending a cheque, please make sure it is enclosed with your order. We will only despatch goods once we have received payment or credit card details.

 

ORDERING BY TELEPHONE

You can place an order by telephone using a credit card number. Our telephones are not always manned as we only have limited staff available. Most of the time, the phone will be answered from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday to Friday U.K. Time. We do not like orders left on the answer phone for fear of mistakes and for your credit card security.

 

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

All the items we sell are designed and produced by us. We work hard to give a good service and to guarantee quality. If an item is faulty, you may return it to us for exchange, credit or refund within 60 days of the purchase date. It is your responsibility to make sure that the item is in its original packaging and in its original condition when it is returned to us, unless it has been damaged in transit. If there are any parts of an item missing, please identify these for us and we will make good any missing bits.
To speed up action in these cases, please follow these guidlines:

  1. Please state your name and invoice no. if you have a problem and for a reply, please give us a postal or e-mail address.
  2. Please identify any missing parts of a kit clearly.
  3. If you return an item, please enclose a letter of instruction with the package.
  4. Pack carefully. We do not accept any responsibility for damage during a return shipment. Please obtain proof of posting
  5. We will only refund your postage on faulty goods.
 

PRICES

All prices are subject to change without notice. We do, however, endeavour to give prior warning of any price rise when this is in our power.
