This lovely fresh sampler for Spring is the first of four samplers for the seasons. This Spring sampler has some basic applique and the rest is very basic stitching. I use mainly chain stitch as I am useless at backstitch but the joy of this type of stitchery is that you can use whatever stitch suits you. I promise that the catkins and the blue tits are very easy to stitch with very basic stitches. All is explained strip by strip. |

At long last I have finished the summer sampler the second in the seasons range. I have appliqued the black birds and the pots on the bottom row. You can applique more shapes or sew all of them. There are instructions for each row of the sampler giving colours and stitches used plus making the applique and making up the sampler. |

Eight simple Scandi Christmas decorations to add that festive feel. This sample is made on 14 ct Aida with each decoration double sided with red on white on one side and white on red on the other side. There are clear charts and instructions for each decoration. They could be made in other Christmassy colours to fit in with your own Christmas colour scheme. |
